Does the PDF get uploaded?
Nothing is uploaded. The file is read into memory by the page and processed by your own browser, and the site’s Content Security Policy blocks outbound connections entirely — so it cannot send your file anywhere even if it tried.
Should I choose PNG or JPEG?
PNG for pages that are mostly text, line art or screenshots — it stays sharp and lossless. JPEG for photographic pages, where it produces much smaller files for the same visible quality.
What does DPI change?
It sets how many pixels each page is rendered at. 72 DPI is roughly screen size; 288 DPI gives four times the detail in each direction, and correspondingly larger files. Higher settings on a long document take longer and use more memory.
Can I export just one page?
Yes. Every page is rendered as its own image and you download only the ones you want.
